UK Supreme Court Brexit Decision: Gina Miller Deserves Our Thanks

On 24th January the supreme court decided that parliament must get to vote on triggering Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon. This was as a result of a court action by Investment manager Gina Miller. As a result of her action Gina received much criticism by section of the press. However, the case has a great deal of constitutional significance and I propose in this video that whether you are on the leave or remain camps over Brexit that Gina Miller acted in the constitutional best interests of our democracy and that we owe her a debt of thanks.
My initial reaction to her action was to roll my eyes. I was wrong over that. I happily admit that now. I hope that others do the same.
