Sam Nunn, CEO of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, discusses the difficulties of discouraging Iran from pursuing a nuclear weapons program. Former Georgia Sam Nunn discusses current issues in nuclear power and the proliferation of nuclear weapons. This program was recorded in collaboration with the Chautauqua Institution’s Energy & Power lecture series, on July 19, 2010.

Former Georgia Senator Sam Nunn is co-chairman and chief executive officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
