Michael Nagler outlines the principles of nonviolence and how we can apply them today. He discusses how nonviolence has developed since Gandhi and King, the forces impeding its progress currently, how to shift the paradigm so as to release it, and how to find our unique role in this process.

Michael is the founder of the Peace And Conflict Studies Program at UC Berkeley and the Metta Center for Nonviolence, and the co-host of Nonviolence Radio.
