Hugh Acheson: Salad demo from “The Broad Fork” | Food at Google

Google’s KitchenSync: The Download on Food teaching kitchen welcomes Zagat Guest Chef Hugh Acheson. Hugh is the Chef/Partner of the Athens, Georgia restaurants Five & Ten and The National; the Atlanta restaurant Empire State South; and the Savannah, Georgia restaurant The Florence. In 2010 Hugh competed on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters: Season 3. He returned to the hit show as a judge on Top Chef: Seasons 9, 10, 11 & 12. He was Food & Wine’s Best New Chef (2002). He is also a six-time James Beard nominee for Best Chef Southeast (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) and winner in 2012.
